It is three minutes away from three golf courses and five minutes from the sea and the city centre of Agadir. The Villa has a surveillance camera at the entrance, a digital front door lock and safes for your complete security. Housekeeping is done every four days and includes a change of bathroom linen and bed sheets.
On a total surface of 367 m², this new villa has 8 rooms offering you a master bedroom (King size bed 2m on 2m) with view on the pool and the garden, a dressing room and bathroom. Two bedrooms with a shared bathroom (bed 1.80 x 1.40) with pool/garden view as well as a separate bedroom (bed 1.80 x 1.40) including a bathroom, living room, well-equipped open kitchen with a bar table on the living room, large 2nd living room with TV and a work desk, cloakroom, laundry room and a private car park (two cars possible) which complete the infrastructure of the villa
