The studio was very cozy. My bf and I appreciated the games available. Everything was pretty close to get to, which we liked. We didnt expect the hot tub to be overlooking the street which caught us off guard. Unfortunately, we we couldn't do a lot of exploring because it was chilly and rained all weekend. For days like that when we're forced to stay in are better options in movies or a smart tv for guest to be able to connect to streaming apps. Other than that, very comfortable.
