Walk to shops and restaurants in the enchanting Olde Marco Historic Village. Rent a bike at the shop just outside the property to explore the island at a sightseeing pace. You can also rent a boat at the neighboring marina.
Riverside Club is a secure, gated community with fantastic amenities including 2 outdoor heated pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 picnic areas with gas grills, 2 shuffleboard courts, tennis/pickleball courts, walking path, boat docks, community room and more. Pelican Pier Marina is on the property with gas docks and a shop offering snacks, beverages, bait, tackle and more located on an ideal pier for fishing or close-up views of marine life and water activities.
This renovated unit is ideally located on the lowest level of F building with quick and easy access via stairs or elevator. Inside, you will be impressed with the decor and relaxing lanai.
The washer and dryer in this unit are a HUGE bonus! Very few units have this amenity and even fewer have these modern front-load machines.
When you come and go from Riverside Club, you will appreciate the convenience of the large shady parking area close to the condo. All spaces are unassigned and uncovered except designated handicap spaces very close to the unit.

Condo was very well appointed. We had everything we needed, and then some. Very clean and comfortable. Close to dining, shopping, and beaches. Great walking paths everywhere. The pool was never crowded with plenty of chairs. The view of the water was amazing. We loved watching the birds and boat traffic, and even a couple of dolphins!

We had a wonderful week at this Riverside Club gem!! Cleanest most comfortable rental we have ever stayed in!! Didn’t need a thing except more days to enjoy Marco!! Great location! Bike and golf cart rental right by! 1 bedroom that packs it all in!!
