Perfect ground floor condo ideal for those who want quick access to the pool and /or gazebo.
This condo is well equipped and feels like home. A spacious kitchen to satisfy those who enjoy cooking.
Marble Floors, Granite Counter tops and fully screened windows throughout.
Spacious living and dining areas. Two generous sized bedrooms, both have ensuite full bathrooms, with separate vanity areas, plus walk-in closets.
The Master Bedroom has a laundry area with a washer / dryer.
Huge and very private back patio, with access from the dining area and Master BR. A serve- through window, with counter from the Kitchen to the large, covered patio.

A 3-minute walk brings you to the beautiful Club House with a bar & restaurant.
Free shuttles to or approximately a 15-minute walk to the amazing & PRIVATE "White Sands Beach" Ideally sandwiched between Ocean Blue, & Punta Cana Princess Resorts.
A 15-minute walk in the opposite direction, is the White Sands shopping district with more shopping, dining, bars, and the Avilon Casino, open to resort guests and the public.
Poppy Express Shuttle Services and quick Uber available
should you want to visit other Beach towns in El Cortecito or Los Corales, or the mall and major shopping areas of Downtown Punta Cana within a 7 - 15-minute drive away.
Public bus transportation is also available for only $1.00 p/p one way, with 20- 25 minute rotations. Pick up is accessible just about anywhere. The Public buses are very safe and used often by tourist, expats, and our friendly Dominican locals.
