About this house rental
This wonderful spacious townhouse has 3 full floors to make your vacation totally enjoyable. It is in the heart of Wildwood. A gated community (Wildwood Square) for added security and peace of mind with the largest heated pool in the area. It is only 3 short blocks from the beach or right up to Moreys Pier and waterpark. Close enough to enjoy the beach and boardwalk yet far enough from the noise so you can enjoy the pool our beautiful courtyard or a glass of wine on 1 of our 3 private decks.
The first floor consists of a Queen master bedroom complete with a full bath. Upstairs to the second floor where family time is a must. Here is a great room with a 60 inch Smart TV and comfortable seating. Joining the great room is a private deck complete with outdoor furniture. Also on the second floor is a dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, a wine cooler, dry bar. a half bathroom and a washer and dryer. The dining table seats 6 people, and the breakfast bar seats 4. Moving to the third floor it features a master bedroom suite with full bath, King size bed and a private deck equipped with outdoor furniture, also a smart tv and a large closet. In addition to the master suite are 2 more bedrooms. One is a Queen bedroom with its own deck and a smart TV. The other bedroom has 2 bunk sets. (Sleeps 4). A full bath is also on this floor.
You will have access to the garage as well as on street parking. You may not have to move your car with all the entertainment and restaurants in the surrounding area.
As an added amenity this season guests will have use of beach gear including beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a beach cart, toys and boogie boards.
Guest must provide their own linens however as an option and for your convenience we have planned to provide bed linens for the week. This is an only an option for your consideration at $150.00 for your week.
Also, as an option: Bath Towels = $5.00 ea / Hand Towels = $3.00 ea / Wash Cloths = $3.00 ea

Property was very good. Pool was a plus. Little bit of a hike to beach and boardwalk. Condo well equipped. Only parking for one car. Overall a very pleasant week.

We were 5 adults & 1 child & stayed for 7 days.
Let me start by saying that the house is beautiful! It’s tastefully decorated & the owners seriously thought of everything you may need. We overpacked. They have a # of beach carts, boogie boards, bikes, etc.
The kitchen is stocked with a blender, keurig, toaster, utensils, dishes, glassware, etc. You need to bring condiments, etc. Bring paper towels, napkins & laundry pods (no liquid or dryer sheets allowed).
The bathrooms are all adorable. Bring all of our own towels, washcloths & hand towels but they have bath mats.
The first floor has a queen bedroom but it doesn’t have a closet. They do provide a dresser. The first floor also has a small but comfortable full bath.
The second floor is the open concept kitchen, dining & living rooms. It’s as beautiful as the pictures!! It has a half bath & a balcony with a table that faces the center of the complex. FYI, the fireplace isn’t used during summer months & wine fridge doesn’t work. But trust me, it wasn’t missed especially because there’s another full fridge in the garage.
The third floor has the primary bedroom with a king size bed, a closet, nightstands & a dresser. The bedroom with the picture of the 2 single beds is inaccurate. It contains 1 queen size bed & the dresser is in the closet. The third bedroom with the bunk beds is tight & only has a dresser. We brought our own sheets & I suggest bringing your own pillows.
I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again!!
