About this house rental
Welcome to our Family Getaway, a peaceful home that’s tucked in a quiet Branson neighborhood. Located minutes from the Branson Landing and Branson Strip, this property makes you feel like you live in Branson, and is ideal for those who are looking to explore all that Branson has to offer!
THE SPACE:
- The open living space offers ample seating, a sofa that doubles as a sleeper, and a large Smart TV.
- The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you would need to create a delicious home-cooked meal. Additional kitchenware such as a blender, crock pot, and “kids-ware” are all available for your convenience. A beautiful coffee bar in the kitchen will be sure to capture your attention and satisfy any caffeine cravings!
- The home sleeps up to 10 guests between the 4 bedrooms and pull out sofa sleeper. For those with a little one – a high chair, pack & play and rocking chair are all furnished!
- Bedroom #1 is a very spacious (split floor plan) bedroom with a Queen bed and large TV.
- Bedroom #2 also has a Queen bed. This bedroom has a pack & play stowed in the closet for your convenience.
- Bedroom #3 again boasts a Queen bed and looks out to a deck in our over-sized back yard.
- Bedroom #4 is the perfect kids' room, complete with a twin-over-twin bunk bed and some books & toys for the kids to enjoy.
THINGS TO NOTE:
- A laundry closet with a washer/dryer is available for guest use.
- All 4 bedrooms are outfitted with blackout curtains.
- Because of the property’s ideal location, you will be VERY close to the best that Branson has to offer, Branson Landing (1.5 Miles), Branson Strip (3.5 Miles), Aquarium at the Boardwalk (5 Miles), and Silver Dollar City (11 Miles). Historic Downtown Branson is less than 2 miles away and has many restaurants and novelty stores. You will often come upon live music, a festival, or other special events while downtown. This list is just the surface, the activities of Branson are truly endless. Our family can’t wait to host yours :)
Please note that requests for a late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. All guests will be required to verify booking details with our secure 3rd party vendor.

We arrived with our family of 5 adults, 2 teenagers a 9 year old and an infant. Your home had EVERYTHING plus some!!! From tooth brushes if you forgot your own, baby wipes, diapers, seasoning, ice, toys, and anything else needed. We will definitely book again for our next trip.

We had 4 dance moms and 4 dancers in the house. Each family had a bedroom. It’s close to the Branson Convention Center and Branson Landing. It was very clean and super cute. The washer and dryer were helpful. The neighborhood was quiet. We would certainly stay here again.

Three couples enjoyed our stay! Plenty of room to relax, eat, rest, and be together. If we return to Branson, we will be back.

We were able to fit all three of our families comfortably in this home. A lot of indoor space allowed us to enjoy time together since it was raining for most of our trip. They do have a very nice deck and big backyard, but we weren't able to enjoy because of the weather. It certainly looked very inviting and we were disappointed we couldn't enjoy the fire pit. The location was ideal because it was less than 10 minutes to the main downtown area which included Paula Dean's restaurant for us and the Branson express. Also another town was 5 minutes away with groceries and fast food if you wanted to avoid traffic on the main strip. There was lots of amenities for us and they also were very thoughtful and included items for kids like wipes, cups, pacifiers, in case we had forgotten them.
