Affordable Large Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.
All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee
Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees
Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply
Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds

The unit was very nice but very disappointed with the property manager of this condo. We had to request information to get into the condo the day before the stay, as we did not get any. When we arrived we realized we were given the wrong WiFi info, did not have any information on parking passes if needed and when we went to the pool we were supposed to have a key fob or code to get in and weren’t given that either. After going into the closet in the bedroom, there were dead bugs in the closet along with some dust and when reported was told those bugs tend to come into the condos and die. I guess the dirt came in with them too. This was my first time using VRBO by a suggestion from a friend and I’m unsure if I’ll use again. Very disappointing first time customer, especially for the price paid.
