**Guest access**
During your stay you will have access to a reserved parking space, three community pools, two jacuzzies, gas BBQs, tennis court, private beach walkway and beach access gate.

**Other things to note**
A starter pack of travel size shampoo, conditioner, small bars of soap and two rolls of toilet paper are provided in each bathroom as a convenience to our guests.
In the kitchen, a roll of paper towels, garbage bags, dishwasher tablets, small bottle of dish soap and a new sponge are provided as a starter pack. A small bottle of laundry detergent is also provided.
This condo has both a Keurig and regular drip style coffee make for guests’ convenience.

**Getting Around**
You can take walks on the beach or rent bikes. The hard-packed beach sand is ideal for walking and bike riding at low tide (two of our favorite things to do!). It’s a short 15-minute drive to historic downtown St. Augustine from the condo complex . Numerous coffee shops, restaurants , food stores all within a quick 5 minute drive.
