Welcome to this superb apartment in Puerto de Pollença, where 6 guests will find their home.
The private terrace of the property is ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. Imagine starting the day having breakfast in the sun, or having lunch, dinner or a drink at the end of the day with your companions. Please note that, due to its location in a building, the apartment has direct neighbors.
Located on the second floor of a three-story block, the apartment is tastefully decorated and designed to offer you the rest you deserve. A large and bright room houses the living room, equipped with AC and satellite TV, and the kitchen, which has ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it is time to sleep you will find three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds together and the third with a bunk bed. Two independent bathrooms with shower serve the apartment. If you are traveling with your baby, we can provide you with a crib and a highchair.
The accommodation is located a short distance from the center of Port de Pollença, one of the best holiday destinations in Mallorca, with a very familiar atmosphere. So, if you feel like it, you can take a relaxing walk along the shore of the beach until you reach the center of the port, where you will be amazed by the picturesque promenade, full of stores, restaurants and all the necessary services for an independent stay. L'Arenalet beach, a beautiful golden sandy beach, is a 10-minute walk from your accommodation. During your stay, you can not miss the opportunity to visit the beautiful villages of Pollença and Alcúdia, the viewpoint of Formentor or Cala Sant Vicenç.

We loved the location of the property, close to town & a sea view.
The only downside was the lack of aircon in the bedrooms, even with the fan on it was uncomfortable.

The apartment is great but there isn’t AC in the bedrooms which made for a stuffy evening. The owner did provide one fan but there should be one in each bedroom.
Aside from the hot bedroom the unit was clean
