1st floor: Living room 15 sqm and with lounge and TV. You have access to the covered balcony with garden furniture. Kitchen in the eat-in kitchen 12 sqm and with dinette, dishwasher, gas stove (2 burners), electric cooker (2 plates), exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric water boiler and washing machine. The dinette offers space for 7 persons. You have access to the balcony. Bathroom 4 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
2nd floor: Bedroom 12 sqm and with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Bedroom 13 sqm and with 1 double bed. Bathroom 4 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window. Bedroom Bathroom with shower and WC. Separate toilet with WC.
