Outside of Abbey Springs is the famous Geneva Lake, with it's mansion-dotted shores and numerous water activities. The small town of Fontana offers parks, marinas, and quiet views of the lake while the nearby town of Lake Geneva offers a historical main street with more shops than you can imagine and the Riviera Boat House where paddle boats depart from for regular tours.

- Abbey Springs is a gated resort community with shared amenities. The homes surround the Award-winning 18-hole golf course; other amenities, such as the indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, fitness center, restaurants, marina, private beach access, and game room are all accessible with the included golf cart.
Are pets allowed?
- No. Because we have a lot of hardwood floors and carpets, pets are not allowed.
Early check-in?

Plenty of room for all of us, 8 adults, 3 kids. Nice hot tub and fire pit. Abbey springs resort has indoor and outdoor pools, Beach access to lake Geneva, pickle ball courts and ponds to fish which we enjoyed. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Sandystone was everything we had hoped for. The house was just beautiful! It was exceptionally clean, very spacious, and wonderfully decorated. ( and yet, kid friendly) It comfortably accommodated our group of ten, which included five adults and five kids( ages 7-13) and provided us with space to be together as a group, and areas for quiet times away from the group. The kitchen was exceptional and very well stocked for cooking indoors or grilling on the deck! We were able to do both. There were so many extras, amenities and activities both indoors and outdoors for all to appreciate and enjoy and we did!Dana was very easy to work with and responded kindly and quickly to any questions or concerns before and during our stay! We really loved our vacation in Abbey Springs and highly recommend Sandystone to anyone interested in spending time in a beautiful home, neighborhood, and area! We look forward to our next trip there.

We really enjoyed our stay! This home was the perfect size for 8 adults and 3 children (we had room for a few more too). There was plenty to do in the neighborhood and the house was kid friendly as well. The host was quick to respond to my messages and questions which made our stay even better. The house is as beautiful in person as it is in these photos. We’d go back for sure!
