About this apartment rental
This 6th floor unit has new flooring and appliances but is still in need of updating bathrooms, kitchen countertops and cabinets and is priced accordingly. It is comfortably decorated and located directly on the Gulf of Mexico with amazing views of the Emerald Coast and directly above the pool. The living room opens to a private balcony that offer spectacular westerly views of the Gulf of Mexico. The condominium is fully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave, dishwasher and 12 cup coffee pot. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, private bathroom, cable TV. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and cable TV. There is also a guest bathroom off the hallway. An adjoining studio lockout unit is available if your party requires an extra bedroom and bathroom. This condominium is equipped with free wifi, a washer and dryer, and all linens and towel are provided for your convenience. Seacrest offers an indoor/outdoor (seasonally heated) pool, a grill area, a fitness center and a tennis and basketball court to please the most active of lifestyles!

We really enjoyed our stay at Seacrest. Six of us, including an 11 year old and a15 year old. Beach access is easy. Beach is white sugary sand. Management company is easy to deal with and very responsive.

Our room was very nice and very clean. The only issue I had was having to walk so far from the elevator, but that was the price I had to pay for such a nice view at the end of the building.

The unit itself was clean with new floors and a newly updated kitchen. It was spacious and had everything that we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

This trip was all about seeing extended family and relaxing time on the beach - both were accomplished well. My only negative is that these condos are beginning to show their age and are in desperate need of an upgrade. I was in these condos right after they were built, and this condo still has the original construction grade white countertops and cabinets. Please remodel!!
