La ubicación bien cerca del centro y un barrio muy tranquilo.

La persona que lo lleva es muy agradable y te soluciona lo que puede. Tiene buena ubicación y es un sitio tranquilo.
Un gran inconveniente es el depósito de agua caliente, tiene muy poca capacidad y nos quedábamos sin agua caliente para ducharnos. Deberian cambiar el microondas ya que está oxidado por dentro y le falta revestimiento, no parece seguro . Lo demás todo bien.
