Stayed in Unit E -aircon pvc is located in bathroom and it’s leaking, quite a hazard for slip. I’m pretty sure this can be fix easily

Good location for visiting family living locally. Very nice decor, comfortable bed.

Caretaker kept reminding us in-person and via WhatsApp what time checkout was. Didn’t appreciate their hovering presence re this matter. Owner did not reply to email request via booking.com re dropping bags off two hours early. On arrival day caretaker was not easy to deal with re this matter. We got it but were told several times we were early, although we not wishing to actually check-in early.

The owner provides a detailed info of the place before check-in to make sure everything is clarified with the renter. This helped us find the place easier. We love how they have a parking lot enough for 3-4 cars, so we don't have to find a slot anywhere else for our car. The staff replies immediately as well and helps with inquiries and concerns, if any. They were very polite and communicates well. The place is complete with necessities: from the kitchen needs (including drinking water) to a fast internet connection. Great for staycation times. It is also very clean and feels like home. We had a great sleep that night.

Comfort room can be better with hooks or areas where you can place your towels and clothes. Balancing the airconditioner to make sure that the living room isn't too cold and the bed area to not be hot was a bit of a challenge to us. Placing a small electric fan for the bed area with the AC still on will help make sure that the temperature is balanced throughout the place would be our suggestion. This will also help lessen some effort from the AC. Location is within residential area so expect cars parked on one side of the road at night.

The bed was very comfortable. The tv was very nice. The caretaker of the studio was extremely nice and helpful and so was her son.

It could have had more pots and pans because the ones that we were using were so worn out. There were no outlets to be able to plug the toaster in. It was a very small small refrigerator and the freezer had very little space. The air conditioning leaked onto the bathroom floor across to the shower area creating a puddle so every time you had to use the toilet you would stand in water.
