The property was great it was large well appointed kitchen is Awesome. The views are great from the master bedroom.
The living room rug was not very clean and when you walk on it bits of the rug would stick your feet. The cot provided is just the frame no mattress or sheets provided.

This property suited our 3 couples with everyone having their own bathroom. Very spacious Villa and kitchen was well stocked. We had bbqs on patio with lovely ocean views. Property is about 10 minutes in buggy to restaurants and marina. One buggy is provided for 4 people so you would need to hire a second buggy or do multiple trips to transport everyone. Communication with managing agent was 100% all the way and airport transfers to and from villa was well organised.

The villa is lovely clean modern and spacious . The buggy was good.
The ocean view description is very deceptive. There is none from the general living area. You need to go to the bedroom and bathroom upstairs. The view from the far left is reflected in a large mirror on the wall to the right, outside.
Villa 3 is totally overgrown with large trees and bushes. which blocks all the view.

Everything except the squeaky staircase. But otherwise, the bathrooms were stunning, the bedrooms were huge, and the living area was beautiful
