We loved it.

Communication prior to arrival was detailed and extremely helpful. Door code was provided, so no need to worry about meeting someone to retrieve keys. We walked into a charming home filled with beautiful antiques and artwork, and, in addition, a vase of flowers and bottle of wine were left on the counter for us, as the host knew we were there to celebrate our anniversary! What a kind sentiment! We loved the location, close to restaurants, the village and more and the home was clean and stocked well. We will definitely stay there again!

The location was good.

The Hottub and pool was dirty and the sauna didn’t function properly. The unit hadn’t been cleaned properly, there was no wood for the fireplace and the outdoor patio hadn’t been cleared of snow making it unusable. The heating system was old and very loud, switching on and off throughout the night with considerable racket. There was no closet space in the bedrooms (ALL closets were locked) and there were wires and instruction manuals stored in the chest of drawers in the bedrooms. We were unable to access the cable services on the TVs in the bedrooms and did not receive a reply from the maintenance company when we tried to reach them for help. A number of basic utensils were missing in the kitchen such as a can and bottle opener. Given the price and how the property was visually advertised, it was a disappointment.
