Some areas could feel cleaner

The property was on the beach and convenient, but certainly has lots and lots of issues. It needs some attention before it can be ran into anyone in my opinion.

There are lots of things that need to be updated at this facility and lots of things that do not work. This is the third time that me and my best friend of 54 years have been at this facility, but it will be our last time such a big disappointment that we wait one year to go. We go annually and for the money it was very, very disappointing. When you walk in the door, the air-conditioning unit has paint stacked up on the inside, that is a fire hazard As you already know, the outlets do not work in some of the rooms. The door going to the balcony gets stuck, which is not a good thing and the outside is rusted so bad it’s eventually not gonna open. The door going from the master bedroom to the balcony does not open at all. The fan does not work in the room that has the two twin beds . No trash cans and one of the bathrooms. The room was clean though, but for the price, I am very, very disappointed The other units I’ve stayed in were very accommodating and no problems at all but this time I can’t give a good review at all and I’m not used to doing that I hope before someone else stays in 1985 y’all consider fixing some of these problems. The balcony needs to be power washed. It’s horrible and there is a tile missing and the sliding vinyl doors are broken and very, very dirty. I do have pictures of everything if someone needs that, but I would certainly get some updated things done to this before someone rinse it again.. But the view is beautiful
