Casona Plaza Balsa Inn

Nos hospedamos en este hotel y la experiencia fue realmente muy buena. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos bien atendidos, y todo superó nuestras expectativas. El personal fue siempre amable y atento, las instalaciones estaban impecables y la ubicación resultó muy conveniente. Lo que más valoramos fue la comodidad y la tranquilidad que se respira en el lugar, lo que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera muy agradable. Sin duda, es un hotel al que volveríamos y que recomendamos totalmente.

The room we had was spacious and clean. Good shower pressure and plenty of hot water. Location was really good, just a 2 min walk to the main plaza. After falling ill, we stayed two additional nights at the same nightly rate as our three night stay. This was arranged with no fuss and no surprises.

The first room we were given had a water leak in the bathroom. After a couple of visits by different staff members, we were relocated to another room. The second room was a pleasant upgrade, bigger and with a TV that worked.

The staff were excellent very professional, helpful and friendly. There is hot water available and tea and coffee in reception all day and eve. Breakfast - buffet, very good. A good temperature in room so did not need a/c which is in the room to make it warmer or cooler. Good location 1 min off main plaza. A little street noise but it did not bother me. Very good shower with lots of hot water and good pressure.
