Το κατάλυμα ήταν ευρύχωρο , είχε κλιματισμό , ζεστό νερό και όλες τις ηλεκτρικές ανέσεις. Είχε ωραία θέα στον αίθριο χώρο ο οποίος είχε ένα μεγάλο παράθυρο προς τη θάλασσα που δεν ανοιγε , με αποτέλεσμα ειδικά το μεσημέρι να είναι πολύ ζεστό!!! Τα δωμάτια ήταν ευρύχωρα και τα στρώματα ικανοποιητικά.Υπήρχε χώρος parking.
Η καθαριότητα ήταν ελιπέστατη!!! Οι πετσέτες αν και πλυμένες , ήταν μαύρες με στίγματα!!! Τα μπάνια , λεκάνες , ντουζ δεν ήταν καθαρά !!! Γενικά όλο το κατάλυμα είχε πρόβλημα καθαριότητας!!! Ο δρόμος προς το κατάλυμα είχε κάποιες μεγάλες ανηφόρες , που απαιτούνταν προσοχή , ειδικά αν είσαι νεος οδηγός και είναι φορτωμένο το αυτοκίνητο.
