Fantastic hotel. The two-bedroom apartment was excellent. Nicely furnished, although there are only three dining chairs while the apartment sleeps four. The beds are super comfortable which was a welcome surprise after being 2 weeks in a resort with firm beds. Two bathrooms were also very convenient. The furniture is very comfortable. Incredibly kind staff. I had groceries delivered via Glovo, and the staff put them straight into the fridge in our room before we arrived. One evening we realized we needed to bring food for our upcoming safari day and had nothing prepared, so the staff arranged for food to be made so we could take it with us the next morning at 5am. They respond immediately via the app or by phone. The pool is heated. Sun loungers are comfortable, and the gym, I've never seen such a beautiful gym in a hotel. Everything looks brand new.

The only downside is the soundproofing. We could hear the neighbors' TV, and when a nearby nightclub plays loud music, you can hear it until they close. That's a shame, otherwise it would be a 10 from me.

What a gem, right in the centre of Nairobi with wonderful facilities and friendly staff. We loved the heated pool and great breakfast options. The steam room and sauna were an added bonus that we didn’t expect. The apartment was very luxurious and it was super handy to have the great kitchen as we tended to eat in.

It was connected to a Mall. It has a heated swimming pool and it’s close by the town and many restaurants.

The wooden floors!!!!!! I fell six times with and without socks I’m sure the kids must’ve fallen about 10 times

Great and convenient location adjoining a mall with a decent variety of shops and restaurant options. Tastefully furnished apartment too. Staff were courteous and generally helpful.

Check out experience felt like an eviction. Two staff came by to take inventory of all the items in the apartments and then took the key cards as we left the rooms. They were just doing their jobs so this isn't about them. The process just felt unusual. Also, there is no housekeeping on Sundays. No one told us so it came as a surprise and and an inconvenience because we had young kids with us and expected that housekeeping would be daily.
