Apartment is in a building without an elevator, you have to take stairs to it, so if you have a lot of luggage or problem climbing stairs, this isn't for you. Location is practical - near the harbour and Nautica, also in walking distance from old town and Balti Jaam Turg/Telliskivi area. It has basic kitchen stuff and had some coffee also, which was nice.
There was an unpleasant smell in the stairs and a bit in the bathroom inside the apartment too. Bathroom could have also been cleaned a bit better (not dirty-dirty but still).

It was according to the pictures - modern, light, cosy
Check in was not so great experience - messy instructions and didnt pick up the phone for the first 30 minutes.
Also the street noise is pretty strong even with closed windows. But ofc, central location compensates this a bit
