Didn't bother me at all but if you had mobility issues bathroom and bedrooms are up stairs . Im a heavy sleeper so no issue but lots of road noise

Lovely 2 storey apartment to relax in, while we caught up with friends and toured the West Edmonton mall.

Convenient location with respect to West Edmonton Mall. Ease of off street parking. Good facilities eg kitchen and laundry.
No elevator/lift. Steep internal stairs (difficult for elderly or people with mobility issues). Noisy location on a major intersection of two multi lane highways with construction. Constant traffic noise. Too noisy to open a window. No teabags.
