Gepflegte sehr saubere Villa mit allem was man braucht! Stadt mit Supermarkt und Restaurant sowie das Meer in 15-20 Min Fußweg zu erreichen. Nette und schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.
Die Matratzen war für uns persönlich zu hart. Im Erdgeschoss gab es in der Dusche keinen Abzieher sodass das Wasser den ganzen Tag im Raum stand und das darin befindliche WC schlecht genutzt werden konnte ohne das danach mit nassen Schuhen das ganze Haus auf den schönen hellen Fliesen dreckig geworden wäre. Hier könnte ganz schnell Abhilfe durch einen Abzieher geschaffen werden

The facility was clean and the staff was very nice
There were not enough kitchen equipment in the facility, there was no direct connection from the living room to the garden, and there was no area to sit on the balcony or by the pool for shade.

Xenos Villa 7 was so fresh and new We were only the 3rd lot of guests to stay in it. For larger groups there’s 3 villas side by side. Great size Villa that housed the 9 of us so comfortably. Nicholas, Marie Lydia and Klaudia were fab hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. Fab pool and we received fresh towels both beach & bath when our cleaner called twice during our stay.
Really nothing only maybe few more utensils and crockery but we ate out mostly. 20 minute walk from the centre of Tigaki which was fine but the high temps made it difficulty at times Would definitely stay there again & will be recommending it to family, friends & colleagues.
