Trinity House

The host really made our trip special. She met us at the train station and gave us a ride to the B&B. The room downstairs was cute and quirky. It had an old stone fireplace, refrigerator, microwave, table and chairs, sofa, and very comfortable bed. We were provided coffee, tea, bagels and cream cheese, oatmeal and juice. Everything just like home was to be found. This is true Alaskan hospitality with a warm cozy atmosphere. Rustic is the Alaskan way so don’t expect luxury but we felt like we were staying at grandma’s house.

It didn’t really bother us but it is downstairs so you need to be able to carry your things down and then back up.

Reasonable price

Shared bathroom and suana, impossible to be in both. Steps too steep

Great owner who showed me around and have me advice on taxi for early morning departure. Comfortable and breakfast provided in the room so I could make when suitable. Great value for money

It’s a bit out of town but not really an issue.
