This is my 2nd time staying in SILQ. I generally like the overall facilities of the hotel, especially the gym and sauna/onsen but pity I didn't get to go to sauna/onsen this time. Location wise is great but was much further in compared to other hotels. However, good thing is that there is an hourly shuttle that gets you to Emporium which is near to the BTS.

good service and willing to fix problems quickly.
toilet and ac were not working properly in first room. Also tv remote broken. Got a new room after which was good.

Amazing hotel with great facilities and very professional staff. This is the third time I have stayed here and is now my go to hotel in BKK. The spa is a highlight with the sauna, two hot jacuzzi’s and cold plunge. Amazing way to recover and wind down. Highly recommended 💯
