Very easy to find, good location. Nice for one person. They leave coffee capsules, sugar, cookies, chips to have. Which is very nice gesture.
Also you have all the utilities to have tea, coffee, microwave, fridge, hairdryer. Everything you need
There are roadworks, a bit loud in the mornings, but this is not a host problem. If windows would be soundproof would be unlikely to notice that.

Nice and clean apartments, a quite small at all. You can find here everything for comfortable vacations.
Location is uncomfortable, so noisy and constructions there… If you want to have a silent and night dream it is not about this place. I moved to other location because of this
