O apartamento está situado numa urbanização onde existem pequenos restaurantes locais, padaria, mini-mercados, farmácia, talho. Gostei também da envolvente da mesquita. Os habitantes locais são muito prestáveis e simpáticos. O peixe do restaurante do Ayoub Fish é fantástico (situado na urbanização). Comi a melhor das sardinhas.
Não ter máquina de lavar roupa.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, in einem relativ neuen Wohnkomplex. 6. Etage mit Aufzug (nur für Bewohner mit Chip zu bedienen). Aus einem Fenster konnte man das Meer sehen, ebenso von der Dach"terrasse" (diese ist frei zugänglich, allerdings nicht mit Möbeln ausgestattet). Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern ist super und unkompliziert, es wurde zwischendurch auch bei mir nachgefragt ob alles ok ist bzw. meine Fragen nach Tipps schnell beantwortet. Bei Ankunft standen Obst und diverse Nüsse auf dem Tisch. Ein kleiner Kiosk/Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke, ein größerer Supermarkt nur 5 min Fußweg entfernt. Zum Strand auch nur 10 min Fußweg.
Ein Toaster in der Küche wäre praktisch gewesen.
