Clean and well equipped. Parking on owners driveway and secure. Garden ok but reluctant to let dog off lead as it was shared with main house. Easy to find but quite a distance from motorway for a stop off.
Quite rural, nowhere to eat in walking distance but nice farm shop and great bakery. Nowhere close to let dog off lead, so walked round village which was pretty. Thought it was closer to river.

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed this place. The cottage is very cozy and located in the owners’ beautiful garden. Inside, there is everything needed for a comfortable stay: a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom, a comfortable sofa, coffee, and all the essentials. We especially loved the outdoor area with the terrace seating and the swing – a perfect place to relax. The village has a bakery and a great local farm shop, although it’s worth checking their opening hours in advance. Overall, everything was excellent. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.
Just keep in mind that the cottage is located on the owners’ property, so it is not completely isolated. However, this did not affect our stay at all and we felt very comfortable.
