Grand appartement 2 chambres avec terrasse

Self-check-in, the key in the lock box. The apartment is big and nice, two bedrooms (probably kids + adults) + living room + terrace. Windows are probably to the north, so there was not too much sun -> less heat than everywhere else. Elevator in the building. Nice bathroom, additional toilet, a lot of space, quite a quiet neighbourhood. Washing machine is available :) One bus stop is close, other stops are reachable (with 10-15 min walk, though). WiFi is available and mostly good. The grocery shop is 5min away. Super-cool art places are nearby!

We got the instructions only on the travel day and only by WhatsApp, so it was necessary to have this app. Instructions were quite unclear, included photos with not enough description to find a lock box (arrows on photos would help maybe), then the lock box was a little difficult to open, and finally, we didn't know how to use the key to open the front door. Turned out, the key to the garage was also a chip to the front door - but it was not said and not obvious. The garage was also quite far away from the address; we found it only by walking around and randomly clicking the button... And as our plane was during the night, nobody was there to help us even though we were texting. There were a lot of mosquitoes! No nets on windows, you need to rely on the things you plug into the electricity, which is not enough. The kitchen stuff is there, but no kettle. The door to the apartment can't be closed without locking it with the key. The AC situation is unclear. There were a few ventilators + portable AC, which didn't help + some panel on the wall which seemed to do nothing either (and it was in French). As a result, it was 36 °C outside, so very hot also inside.

Appartement au calme, spacieux, et proche de nombreux centres d’interêt. Hôte très sympathique et accueillant. Tout était conforme au descriptif.

J'ai apprécié les photos envoyées par l'hôte pour faciliter l'arrivée, ainsi que le parking sécurisé pour la voiture. Merci aussi à l'hôte pour sa réactivité et sa gentillesse

Tout était très bien. Appartement spacieux, confortable, bien équipé. Stationnement privé avec ascenseur qui permet d'accéder aisément à l'appartement. Transports en commun (bus, tram) relativement proches pour se rendre en centre ville, Bassins à flot et Cité du Vin accessibles à pied, bel espace de balade le long des bassins, très animé en soirée (bars et restaurants). Pour toute question ou éventuel problème (clés, accès à l'appartement…), les hôtes se sont montrés disponibles et facilement joignables par messages ou téléphone.
