AB144 The Crows Nest

The Vacasa office is conveniently located right on Atlantic Beach Causeway so you pass it coming on to the island.

I prefer the ease of having an electronic lock on a property but it wasn't a terrble inconvenience to pick up keys.

Unit was great! Clean and lay out was fantastic! Good location.

Was further from pier than I expected. Tv was terrible, can’t get any local channels. Only live streaming.

The Vacasa staff was super friendly and helpful. The text updates leading up to our stay were helpful. The property we stayed at (though not the one originally booked) was pretty good and just steps from the beach, and had views from both bedrooms.

We found out just a couple hours before our arrival that the 2 BR/2BA condo we booked would not be ready because the contractor fixing the deck wouldn't be completed that day. VERY disappointing! The Vacasa staff was apologetic and gave us a couple other options to choose from, though none seemed ideal. We chose one that was steps from the beach, but it was only 2 BR/1 BA plus powder room, and it was quite a bit smaller and older. The kitchen had been updated but everything else seemed out of the 70s. And it was a further drive from the main area of restaurants/shops, too. But it worked out OK.

Clean inside.

Dirty unkept yard. Inconvenient getting in and out. TV difficult to use. Key pickup drop off situation was unnecessary and I felt is unsafe. Bathroom needs to be a little safer.
