The way the place is advertised is fraudolent and misleading. The ad should specify that the place is an apartment and not a villa within a single dwelling with shared facilities and garden and with the owner living in it on the upper floor. The ad shows more than 40 photos of the entire house which is misleading. The owner was supervising the tenants at all time which makes the tenant feel ill at ease and uncomfortable; even having guests for dinner or for a swim was not acceptable for the owner, so if you are looking for a private place for family this is not the one.
