A very authentic 300 year old townhouse. The roof terrace was great with amazing views over the Grand Harbour and the 3 Cities. Watching the firework festival from there was spectacular. Very impressed with the cleanliness of the property, the towels were changed twice, bedding once and a clean of the house too during our stay.
The furniture in the townhouse was a bit tired and the covers on the sofa & chairs could do with a clean. There was only one wine glass and one egg cup, we managed but two of each is needed. Stairs could be a problem for some but after a few days we were zipping up them, not bad as in our late seventies!!!

Das Haus hat ein tolles Flair und ist mitten in Valetta. Die Dachterrasse hatte einen wunderbaren Blick. Im April war es noch kühl, da konnte man die Klimaanlage zum Heizen verwenden. 10 Minuten zum Busbahnhof - von dort fahren Busse in alle Richtungen der Insel.
Für uns waren die vielen Treppen ok, wer nicht gut zu Fuß ist, sollte das Haus nicht mieten. Es sind insg. ca. 85 Stufen. Von der Straße her war es recht laut,

quirky and spacious even though a bit tired
We were unaware that each room was on a different level, five sets of stairs in all. The terrace would have been pleasant but there was a construction site next door. Construction and renovation over the road, next door and the church .Very noisy because of this at 5 am sometimes. The covers on the sofa and chairs all a bit grubby.
