There's nothing I didn't like about my stay at Gili Smile Bungalows. It was perfect.

Delicious pancakes and good black Lombok coffee.

We really enjoyed our three nights stay. Owner's greeted us with a healthy breakfast every morning. Clean and tidy spacious rooms, front yard shaded by fruit trees. Rooms remained cool long after the air conditioner was turned off. Owner has bikes for hire and can arrange activities.
Nothing.

The location was great as it was a short walk from the pier so good if you have large bags, easy to walk to. Spacious rooms and right near the shop. Was allowed to check in early too:)
There’s no obvious lobby that I could find so asking for help or questions was really hard, my tap didn’t work, the air con controls were dodgy and my door was too difficult to lock so it meant a couple times I just couldn’t.
