Villa Anastasia with Private Pool & Outdoor Spa Tub

Lots of positive things to say: + Great pool, clean and maintained + Lots of space and many bathrooms + 2 of the bathrooms have been renovated recently + Washing machine to wash clothes + Anti-mosquito devices were helpful + Airconditioners worked very well in all areas + Salt / peper / coffee and generally some of the available amenities + BBQ facilities although we didnt actually BBQ The house has a mix of modern facilities and "classy" look. I don't play pool but I can imagine people appreciating it being there. I personally found it taking too much space :) There were about 6 neighbourhood cats (that the owner kindly asked if we could feed). Overall we had a great stay and the host is friendly and accommodating!

This property has great potential. I believe that if the host invests a bit in it can be even greater: - The dishwasher has rust all over it inside. We actually ended up not using it which was a significant inconvenience. - 2 of the bathrooms had minor leaks (one at the sink, the other at the toilet bowl) - While 2 of the bathrooms were renovated and looked and felt great and clean, the other 2, not so much. - The Jacuzzi didn't heat the water, it was only "circulating" it. We ended up not using it since the water temperature was too cold. - The fitness area had equipment, but their state was not the greatest. There was also no airconditioning in there which made it nearly impossible to sport (32+ degrees outside). If the host updates these facilities I feel like this property could be a 10/10 !
