Nice place to relax.

Lovely smart hotel with parking (garage parking if you want to pay) Very large room and air conditioned. Not much close to the hotel but there is a Chinese restaurant and bar in the hotel which was good if not a little pricey but plenty of food and nice staff. Nice friendly staff at the hotel who were very helpful. Lift to all floors including the garage below. Breakfast was plentiful with bacon and eggs (scrambled) as well as the usual continental choice. Fridge in the room (empty) and tea/coffee making facilities. We stayed for one night.

Very large room but for the life of me I cannot understand why they put the bed in the corner right next to the windows with about a foot between the bed and the windows. It made getting in and out of the bed a bit of a faf. All that room and the bed shoved in the corner. I’m not sure if they were going for the industrial look but the ceiling didn’t look finished and let the room down. No welcome pack for information.

Comfortable hotel in a good location.

Schiedam is a quiet suburb of Rotterdam and very convenient for us for travelling by bike to the Ahoy centre. The room was comfortable and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a slightly quirky mix of continental and Asian interpretation of an English breakfast but very adequate.

We thought that the hospitality trays in the room should have been replenished daily. Having to pay for secure bike storage - we left ours in the bike stands opposite the hotel which seemed safe enough. A bit pricey.

Terrible facilities, location and lack of amenities. Bar and restaurant poor. Would never stay there again

The room was big

Very poor restaurant and bar facilities, the restaurant didn’t open at all on Monday evening. Breakfast was cold, boiled eggs were bad and black inside. Ran out of toilet paper in the room, towels weren’t changed. Reception promised to supply an iron and didn’t. Waiter service slow, dishes we ordered came up one or two at a time. Location awful, in the middle of the docks. No local amenities!

Underwhelming

Bathroom is decent, and the room has a large desk to work from.

Not very inviting room, bare walls, no colour or decorations, no carpet, cold lighting, empty minibar in the middle of the entryway, not a great sleep when it’s windy due to lots of creaking noises from the ceiling, no phone to dial the front desk, overall quite basic, bland and minimalistic.

Nice rooms good price

there was a huge group of us there for a wedding. The rooms were nice, very clean. lovely bathroom

Hotel needs more staff, there was one lady constantly running around answering the phone, checking people in and then also running after people to pay for their breakfast and writing room numbers down. The breakfast was not worth €15 at all. scrambled egg and over fried dry bacon was the only hot food. They could have at least added beans. The rest was orange juice, hot drinks, yoghurt, croissants and fruit. If the hotel wasn't so far away in the middle of nowhere, I would have gone some place else to eat. The restaurant dinner food was lovely, nice ribs, shrimp curry, fried rice and dim sum A 🌟

It’s a pleasure to be in hotel but due to no adequate facilities provide it makes it boring p

The bedroom is ok and lovely. Well spotted clean and tidy

However the service in the hotel is poor. No phone telecom in bedroom if you need something and in case of emergency . No any water in the fridge. The breakfast is not good enough . No variety of English breakfast and other stuff. Staff are lovely and has good welcoming approach and well approachable but due to language barrier is difficult to communicate with staff when you need to ask something. No tooth paste provided, no shower gel, provided.

Great stay

The rooms were very clean and spacious. The restaurant looked really lovely with very pretty deco

The fridge was empty- e.g. no water available. It was very far from the city centre- a 15 minutes drives which cost 40 euros per single journeys. The hotel can book a cab which takes up to 20 minutes to come- not so great if in a rush.

Quite and comfortable place

We booked the hotel on the same day as we had another hotel booked which was a disaster and we could not spend the night in and so we booked this hotel in just 5 minutes. We had a 25 minutes walk with luggages. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The only problem is that restaurant was not open and was a problem finding somewhere else to eat at that time. The area is very nice and quite. Only problem is that it was far from everywhere but still a ice experience.

The only thing we did not like is that it was far from everything. Especially when it was raining we had a long walk to get the metro.

Not good enough.

Location to where I needed to be.

Te room given faced a very busy road and so it was very noisy. The bed fitted under the eves of the roof and so was very difficult to get in and out of - most annoying. The room did not have one single mirror in it so when you dressed you couldn’t tell if things were in order. The maid did a very poor job cleaning one day which the hotel apologised for by way of some fruit. Far to many mosquitoes creeping in and biting us. Restaurant is open some nights but not all. Pretty poor I say. Will never stay again.

The location was perfect for us. The (deluxe) room was huge and the bathroom was nice. Special shout out to the cleaning staff!

There was no coffee machine and fridge in our room (the other deluxe rooms had coffee machines). I would expect to have a fridge in a deluxe room, specially during the summer. The safe box was too small. The breakfast was too expensive for what the hotel offers.

Stayed for 1 night on a business trip. Location was great for me, the facility very nice, the rooms were big and staff extremely helpful. I had a junior sweet on the top floor with a small kitchenette.

Very good

Very nice hotel with the good train connection with the Rotterdam central. Staff was really friendly and they let us do earlier check-in.

There wasn't hairdyrer in the room, couple of electrical outlet didn't work. Also, toilet brush was missing.
