Location is very good. Staff is fantastic. Room size was good.

The money vs facilities doesnt match. Cleanliness coutside in the hotel need to improve.

Since it’s holy shrine place The shrine and people are always active here Hotel - Lakshmi didi , Manjeet bhai at reception And Satish ji and other ground staffs are decent and helpful The hotel staff are a little lazy during evening hours But over all good

The location is excellent. The staff and the GM are very helpful.

Cleanliness, location

Staff cooperation. I initially booked for 3 nights but had to check-out 1 day early due to unforeseen circumstances. Informed the Hotel in advance but they rudely refused to alter my reservation. Called booking.com for assistance and they agreed for alteration but when booking.com called and emailed the Hotel manager, they did not respond. The call was ringing right in front of me but they ignored. Booking.com sent an email that they will not charge the Hotel for 3 nights if they alter my reservation but the Hotel staff did not acknowledge. i had to pay 6k INR extra. This is very bad. I lost my money. Hotels should at least decide some middle point and not just firmly stick to the rules in case of emergency.
