The house is clean n comfortable. Pretty big actually
Air conditioner in the room needed a service, cause its barely feel the cold, toilet has a tiny dark circle prob mold/moss(not that many). Toilet door kinda need a new one cause bottom of the prob got hit many time by water so rotten wood down there(don't worry still not visible to outside). Others are great

Spacious, comfortable, clean, close to markets and restaurants, friendly staff and quiet rooms.
Too far away from the beach, but if you have a car or the motorbike or you like to walk then it is not a problem. As for me, I was happy with everything.

Bed sheet tak bersih ada taik cicak. Toilet tak bersih. Saya dah booked beberapa homestay di marina. Semua clean and selesa but this room is really disappointed.
