El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario, está muy limpio, buena ubicación (una zona muy tranquila con un supermercado cerca) y el anfitrión muy amable. Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia.

No tengo ningún comentario negativo.

Apartamento muy completo, con todo lo que puedes necesitar, no le falta detalle. Destacar la limpieza, estaba todo perfecto, de 10. Situacion extrategica para visitar cualquier lugar de la isla. Lugar tranquilo y sin ruidos donde se puede descansar. El anfitrión atento y pendiente de nosotros. Si. Volvemos a la zona sur de Tenerife no dudaría en repetir.

One of the very best A/C setups we experienced in 30+ years of international travel (each room had its own A/C unit. And, they all worked excellent!). Good security with apartment and building access. Kitchen VERY well equipped. Excellent hot water and water pressure (shower ok) Clothes/Washer dryer small but effective. Wash clothes provided (very unusual). Huge TV. Both Refrig and Microwave adequate. Internet strong. Very large pool. Back of apartments has a patio w/fake grass, many chairs, table(s) seats 4+. Bus stop just outside complex gate (bus service weak). You'll need your own car or taxi.

FIRST. Would we return and say at same apartment/area? Definite NO. Why? (reviewers - mid/late 70 year old's, active, and good health) Our Reasons in no particular order. Apartment is self-serve. Be prepared to buy your own toilet paper and paper towels. No scheduled cleaning, etc. (we planned/paid for 8 nights). Hot water can be really HOT!! Be careful. Hot water supply not adequate for multiple showers. Unit is on the ground floor (no view other than sky and buildings). The backyard area is right next to the underground parking area (good amount of traffic and exhaust) and is on a street. Small apartment. Apartment is used by owners family/relatives (many shelves have personal items on them (approx. 80% of shelf space used with tea cups, kid's pics, fake flowers). Beds ok BUT short (did not use twin beds). your have to call to get a taxi (no taxi stand in area). Area in general: Palm-Mar is a bit isolated. Numerous apartment/condo like residences. Some new under construction. We were there in early/mid October and this may have been the 'slow season'. Not much of anything going on. Beach area is really weak (like rocks, waves and little to no sand). We walked a great deal of the area and amazed at the lack of people and empty buildings/units. Place looks expensive in some of the areas. Where were the people.?
