Brise Marine piscine St Tropez II

The apartment was within walking distance to St. Tropez and nice restaraunts.

The location is excellent and Michel was extremely attentive, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped, with a washing machine, dishwasher, and kitchen essentials.

However, it is quite small—there is barely enough room to fully open a large suitcase—and, for the price, we expected more. For a five-night stay, supplies were surprisingly limited: only two partially used toilet paper rolls, one trash bag, and no paper towels. Since guests are required to take out the trash before checkout, it seems reasonable to provide enough supplies for the duration of the stay rather than expecting guests to purchase extras. Check-in at 4 PM felt late, while checkout at 10 AM felt early. We were also surprised by the checkout process, which required scheduling a meeting with someone to inspect the apartment inventory before departure. Perhaps this is common in some vacation rentals, but it felt unnecessary and made for a less relaxing end to the trip. Only two pillows and two bath towels were provided, with no beach or pool towels. We also experienced quite a few mosquitoes.
