I liked the view although I think many places have similar views. The apartment was modern and clean although I felt it a bit small.

Honestly, the experience wasn’t really for me, although I think part of that is because I usually stay in traditional hotels rather than serviced apartments. I booked roughly a week in advance, but only 24–48 hours before arrival I was informed about the deposit requirement. To be fair, the host mentioned this was stated in the listing, although I personally hadn’t noticed it. I also had to download an app for the door access, which added a bit of inconvenience for me personally. During my stay there was no cleaning service included unless paid extra, which again may be normal for apartment-style accommodation, but it wasn’t what I was expecting. Next time I should check out and in half way to get it cleaned perhaps. Communication was polite throughout, but I personally missed the warmth and service level I’m used to from hotels. I’d also suggest that for longer stays, having someone briefly meet and greet guests in person could improve the experience. Overall, this may suit guests who prefer apartment-style stays, but for me I realised I’m more comfortable with a traditional hotel experience.
