在日本街里面，且需要穿过一个小巷子，老鼠蟑螂都有，而且楼下就是酒吧ktv 的确非常吵。女孩子不要来住了，老板有一次早上忘记给早餐，住了四天也没有天天打扫。

The house is very nice, with everything you need, and the position in the Little Tokyo in Saigon it’s very central! It’s a little difficult to find the place but the host was vey helpful and responded very rapidly to all kind of message! :)

The smell of some clean product that I don’t know what is it really annoyed me, but the structure were still very cleaned. There is some noisy in the night but that’s because you are litterally in the centre of little Tokyo (and I didn’t know what that was!).

I liked everything. The apartment is located almost in the city center. There are quite a lot of shops and restaurants within walking distance (no more than 10 minutes). The famous market is also no more than 10 minutes away. The apartment is well equipped. Air conditioning, refrigerator, electric oven, shower - everything is in good condition. The price-quality ratio is quite high. The apartment is quite spacious, there is a lot of space and you do not feel cramped or constrained. The staff support is 24/7. I did not bother them often, but if I had questions, I received answers promptly. And there is another "highlight". The apartment is located in an area similar to the red light district in Amsterdam. This gives some charm, but at the same time does not tire.

Perhaps it would be worth considering cosmetic repairs. But this is not criticism, it's just friendly advice, and does not affect my rating in any way. My ratings remains high.

Nice small Apartment , clean , modern style , kitchen , washing machine , everything you need

The Apartment is located in the middle of little Tokyo in a dark little alley . No Reception , self check in .At night difficult to acces because the ladys from many massage shops around dont let you pass by easy ,they have a very agessive behavior . Room at 3rd floor, no elevator ! You have to climb up a narrow outside staircase . No help with heavy luggage .Lifting 25 kilo luggage and handbag up the narrow outside staircase in the heat , is very sweaty .You should be in good physical shape . The owner massaged me he will come to charge me my 5 night stay now and in cash. I was surprised because in this website it was announced : No cash pay accepted !!! I was asked to find a place for change money , they dont accept credit cards or other currency . After an hour of discussion and because i was able to prove that it was not my fault she accepted to pay in Dollar and in cash. There was no room service in my 5 day stay . I cleaned myself .
