Location, for us, was perfect, as we were attending the ABR Festival. Plenty of space and parking, which was again, ideal for our needs. Plenty of crockery and glasses. Amazing views over Ragley Hall Estate.
Disappointing quality of kitchen cupboards and units, insufficient pots/pans, short on kitchen utensils (no knife sharpener and knives needed sharpening) Gas cylinder ran out on the bbq, on 2nd day. House keeper went to considerable lengths to resolve the problem, which was much appreciated. Would benefit from a deep clean (window casings, light fittings full of dead flies) No shelf space in en-suite for toiletries. Hot water ran out on the final night, so we switched-on the immersion heater. We would need a significant price reduction to consider a return visit
