Le calme, la propreté, l'espace, l'agencement des pièces, l'emplacement dans la ville, la clim et le ventilateur. Essuie en quantité et qualité. Réponse rapide et efficace.

Manque de produit ménager ( savons pour la vaisselle, savons pour la machine à laver), manque de condiments, ( sel, poivre, huile d’olive, capsules de café, papier toilette ... ) Attache de la douche cassée et debit d’eaux très très faible.

Overall we had an amazing stay and enjoyed the place. AC works well (one in the main bedroom and one in the living room. The second bedroom does not have an AC) and property management just needs to replace the shower-head and grip and then the water pressure is just fine. The place has all you need to cook and do your laundry. Free on street parking is available but can be a challenge to find. Certainly doable if you take your time to search for a spot. There is a paid underground parking right in front of the place. Loads of bars and restaurants which add to the amazing Spanish vibe! Property managent very responsive and checkin was efficient and hassle free. Public transport (tram) very close to the place and heads straight into the city.
