Nous avons choisi ce logement même s'il n'est pas tout près de Samae San car nous recherchions une villa spacieuse, claire, confortable, bien équipée avec un bon rapport qualité-prix. Le mobilier est de qualité et la décoration est bien choisie.
Nous avons effectivement trouvé tout cela avec un soin du détail et un personnel pour le ménage très agréable.
Des bouteilles d'eau sont mises à disposition régulièrement.
Il faut prendre la voiture et parfois le bateau pour accéder aux plus belles plages de Samae San, Koh Kham, Sai Kaew... Mais ces endroits ne proposent pas ce que l'on trouve à Cliff & Beach Villa Phayun.

ใกล้ทะเล ห้องน้ำเยอะดี และห้องนอนเยอะดี นอนได้หลายคน อุปกรณ์ในการทำครัวมีเยอะ
แอร์ในห้องนอนเก่ามาก ปรับอุณหภูมิไม่ได้ มีบางห้องปิดแอร์ไม่ได้ ไฟในห้องนอนเป็นแสงสลัว ดูมืด แอร์บริเวณห้องกินข้าวไม่ค่อยเย็น ห้องครัวกับที่ทานอาหารอยู่บริเวณเดียวกัน ทำให้แอร์ต้องทำงานหนักเวลาประกอบอาหาร สบู่อาบน้ำมีน้อยบางห้องมีแค่ขวดเล็กๆขวดเดียว ห้องนอนที่อยู่ใต้ดินมีบางห้องไม่มีแอร์ มีแต่พัดลมค่ะ
