Die Wohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet und groß. Die Übergabe verlief perfekt. Da es verhältnismässig kühl und windig war bereitete uns der Jakuzzi große Freude. Der Swimmingpool war zwar auch sehr schön, aber wegen der Wiiterung zu kalt. Wein und Brotaufstriche waren vorhanden. Verkehrstechnisch günstige Lage zur Erkundung der Stadt Rhodos und des Nordteils der Insel.
Mit der Kaution in Höhe von 300 € gab es zunächst Probleme, da wir nicht so viel Bargeld dabei hatten. Nach Rücksprache war dann doch die Begleichung mit der Kreditkarte möglich. Das zweite Zimmer ist tendenziell im Keller und verbreitet entsprechende Atmosphäre. Das Anwesen liegt hinter einer großen Hotelanlage, so dass nur ein eingeschränkter Meerblick möglich ist. Man ist von Baustellen umgeben und die nahe gelegene verkehrsreiche Straße zur Ostküste verbreitet etwas Unruhe.
