The property was gorgeous especially pool / bar area. The staff was so so friendly especially Maria, they helped organise my airport transfer when I was leaving and were available to answer any questions or just chat whenever I was passing, I was staying on my own after a busy hen weekend and could not picked a better place to just relax and enjoy the Greek sunshine while also feeling so comfortable and safe as a female travelling alone. I was also lucky enough to be given a free room upgrade to a junior suite and it was one of the nicest rooms I’ve stayed in.

I can not recommend this hotel enough. Small, quiet, clean and peaceful. If you’re a female looking for a solo trip this is ideal. Has everything you need!! The food is absolutely amazing - no complaints. Drinks made fresh and quality. But the best part about my stay was genuinely the staff!! Maria, Irene and Dina especially - made me feel so welcome and nothing was too much to ask! Such friendly service from the workers and cleaners :). I can’t wait to return but next time with company :) xxxx

The location was ideal, not far from airport and within reasonable distance from most main tourist spots.

There were unfortunately quite a few issues during my stay. On the first day, there was no water available until approximately 6pm, followed by no hot water until the following morning. In addition, my first room was full of ants. I was moved to another room, however the following day there were ants again in the second room, despite it being completely separate from the first. When I raised this with the manager on my final day, explaining I called multiple times and it took over 45 minutes for someone to come and check, I was extremely disappointed by the response. Rather than investigating the issue, I was accused of being dishonest and told I must have left food crumbs in the room. I politely explained multiple times that the first incident occurred within minutes of checking in, I had simply left my luggage and gone out for dinner. Regarding the second room, I even asked for CCTV footage to be checked, as I had never brought food or snacks into either room at any point. Whilst there were a few smaller issues throughout the stay that I could overlook, I found this interaction highly unprofessional. The lady who checked me in initially was lovely and helpful, and the older handyman gentleman was also very kind and accommodating. However, the second receptionist and the manager handled the situation poorly. No guest should be called a liar, especially when they are calmly asking for CCTV to be reviewed rather than accusations being made. Will not be returning to the property.
