Very welcoming host, everything was sparkling clean, and the room, although small, had pretty much everything I needed. Fresh (still hot) brioche (croissant with a sweet filling) was a really lovely touch.
It would have been nice to have a comfy chair to relax in, as the only places to sit were the bed or a dining chair. Shower gel provided in small sachets - refillable containers would have been nice. Whilst the location is gorgeous, it's a few doors from the church, whose bell rings every half hour, except in the middle of the night.

Very nice place with friendly staff in an authentic village
I didn't realize right away that this is not in Biella. But in a village high above Biella.
I went down to Biella with my bike under the pouring rain until I realized I would have to climb back 6 km
Is there an error in the location given by Google maps?
I will be more careful about the real location next time
Biella is extending on an enormous area , customer must be warned about this problem specially if they are on foot or on bike. Kilometers matter for them.
This has nothing to do with the nice and friendly staff that meet us.
