About this house rental
Discover JB by the Sea, our charming Nags Head Cottage nestled in the heart of OBX. Recently renovated and tastefully decorated, this beach haven promises a perfect getaway equipped with a pool, hot tub, and tiki bar. It is only .2 miles to get to the beach and ideally located near popular restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream, and an abundance of activities. Our cottage is situated on a cul-de-sac with no through traffic and in a very walkable / bikeable area with ample sidewalks & side streets.
The space
-4 bedrooms (2 King, 1 Queen, and 1 bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunks).
-All 4 bedrooms are large enough to fit a pack and play, with 2 of the bedrooms having separate closets large enough to fit a pack and play in it.
-3 full bathrooms with a shower and tub.
-Spacious game room with pull out couch and kitchenette.
-Newly renovated kitchen with open concept layout to the dining area and living room.
-Inviting outdoor area with a POOL, HOT TUB, tiki bar, outdoor shower, and outdoor bathroom.

>Both are professionally maintained twice a week.

Really terrific place that is well-stocked and in a great location. Easy walk to the beach, great small pool and hot tub to cool off in. The house had a great layout for our crew of 3 kids, 4 adults and a small dog.

The house was everything we expected and more for our Anniversary stay. The amenities were everything that was explained on the site. I would recommend this property to all my friends and family. It was PERFECT to what we wanted in a vacation stay. It was close to everything....just WONDERFUL. The staff was always quickly on hand when we has questions, it just didn't get any better. THANK YOU for a very pleasant, relaxing and wonderful anniversary stay. Hopefully we will see you again next year.
