3 couples stayed here for a friends wedding! Great location for what we had planned. Plenty of room to spread out. Definitely an old building but had air conditioning and we felt safe. There is only one full bath/1 shower and a half bath downstairs. We didn’t cook but nice kitchen and open area to hang out. Nice touch having coffee, sugar and powdered creamer available! Liquor/convenience store right across the street and street parking available. Would stay again! The host was also gracious about an early check-in, thank you!

Our group of six gathered for our annual, explore-a-new-city + writing retreat event and loved our stay at Hana's place. Hana was quick to respond to questions, and the house was perfect for us - chic, spotless, well equipped, tons of spacious bedrooms and places to spread out to write (and hang out after a day of writing) outside or inside. We also loved the neighborhood - quiet location surrounded by beautifully renovated homes, an awesome pub nearby with yummy/creative food, Roost around the corner for coffee/pastries and foods/wine to take home as gifts, and a 15 minute walk to Midtown restaurants/cafes/breweries. Several of us also went out for daily runs/long walks to explore the broader area with its mix of restored neighborhoods, urban farms established in abandoned lots, etc. You won't be disappointed staying here!

Inside and outside, the property is clean, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet, yet active and friendly. I would give the host and this property 10 stars if I could, and I hope for another opportunity to book this property.
