Welcome to 18Timeshare Destinations after traveling with my family over the last 18 years we have isolated some of our favorite family resorts. We are offering these resorts to potential guests. This is a new listing: You will receive a reservation confirmation from the resort.

If you want to explore, resort is just a short trip from Joshua Tree National Park and Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. Seven outdoor pools and enjoy a snack from The Water's Edge Bar & Grill. Kids love our children's playground, giving the adults a much-needed break. Additional resort perks include basketball courts, bicycle rentals and The Shade — an all-ages recreation center. Gather around the fire pit or visit the on-site movie theater. Stretch out in beautifully designed guest rooms and condo-sized villa rentals with an array of amenities including complimentary Wi-Fi, balconies and sofa beds.

We were expecting villas 2 but ended up in Jasmine Ct. so would have been nice to know ahead of time. It felt like a bait and switch situation. From Jasmine Ct. you have to drive to access the rest of facility and there is no food/beverage service at the pool. However our unit had a lovely view though couch and carpet a bit worn. Unit was clean and comfortable. Pickleball courts right out front were a pleasant surprise. Overall it was a great stay.

The rental process was very easy and the pricing great and accurate. The communication was great and we even received an upgrade. The property and amenities were also exceptional.
